Damiano Petrungaro

Conventional Commits mantainer @ Laravel-Italia

Philosopher ego-less tech lead and community enthusiast.
I develop applications in Golang and PHP using domain-driven design (DDD) and test-driven development (TDD) methodologies supported by modern tools and practices such as Docker, CI/CD, and SRE.

At the moment I am specialized in coding complex domain logic and writing clean and testable code.
I'm a supporter of a proper Git workflow applying a strict commit convention for a good and readable history of the code.

Along with software skills, I have experience in managing teams and people, improving team processes & technologies, and setting up ambitious & SMART goals.

I am always looking to discover new development methods and technologies, I have good networking with developers, with whom I relate and compare on a daily basis.

Currently, I'm the maintainer of Conventional Commits and the former Laravel-Italia community.
