We believe in a diverse and inclusive tech community, and we're committed to making it happen!

At GoLab, we strongly believe in the importance of diversity and inclusion.
We strive to create a safe and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of their gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, religion, or background.
We are committed to promoting diversity and to providing equal opportunities to all participants, speakers, and staff members. Our goal is to foster a community of professionals who share their knowledge and expertise in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
We are constantly working to improve our efforts to promote diversity and inclusion, and we welcome feedback and suggestions from our community on how we can better achieve this goal.

GoLab is a conference made by Develer.
Develer is a company based in Campi Bisenzio, near Florence. Our motto is : "Technology to give life to your products". We produce hardware and software to create exceptional products and to improve industrial processes and people's well being.
In Develer we have passion for the new technologies and we offer our clients effective solutions that are also efficient, simple and safe for the end users. We also believe in a friendly and welcoming environment where anybody can give their contribution. This passion and this vision are what we've been driven to organize our conference "made by developers for developers".
