How to reach us

This year we decided to move to a special venue, with more open air and more light. After two years of lockdowns we needed something like that: we hope you share our feelings.
We think you might appreciate some help and tips for your travel.
The place where it’s easier to reach the venue from public transport is Florence Train Station FIRENZE SANTA MARIA NOVELLA (S.M.N.) so, we’re giving you info how to reach the station in advance.
Train
To reach the station you just have to set up your train route in order to get down at FIRENZE SANTA MARIA NOVELLA (S.M.N.) train station. Easy as you like!
Flight
If you arrive by plane you could land at one of the following airports:
* Florence Amerigo Vespucci (FLR);
* Pisa Galileo Galilei (PSA);
* Bologna Guglielmo Marconi (BLQ)
Florence Amerigo Vespucci (FLR)
If you landed in Florence you’re almost there. You can choose to reach FIRENZE S.M.N. by bus or tramway:
- TRAMWAY T2 line will lead you to the Florence station in about 15 minutes. It starts directly from the airport so you can’t miss it! There’s a ticket box near the tramway stop so you can buy tickets there. If you are carrying with you big suitcases or trolleys they may ask you to buy tickets for them as well. To reach the Florence Station you have to get down at the ALAMANNI STAZIONE SANTA MARIA NOVELLA stop.
- The bus SHUTTLE “VOLA IN BUS” (managed by Busitalia Sita Nord) connects the airport with the SMN station in about 20 minutes. Departures from the airport are about every 30 minutes from 5.30 to 20.30 (then every hour until 23.45). Departures from the city centre are about every 30 minutes from 5.00 to 20.00 and then every hour until 23.00. The last shuttle is at 00.30. The service is active every day, Sundays and holidays included.
- There are alternative services such as Taxi, Ridesharing, etc. Please use the relative app on your smartphone because terms of service and fares may change from time to time.
Pisa Galileo Galilei (PSA)
If you landed in Pisa of course you must reach Florence in advance, which is about 100 Kms away. Here are your available options:
- TRAIN You have to search for the PISA MOVER bus shuttle that will take you to the PISA CENTRALE train station. From there, you just have to take the train for FIRENZE SANTA MARIA NOVELLA (S.M.N.) You should be there in about 90 minutes.
- The INFOBUS SHUTTLE connects the Pisa airport directly with the Florence SMN station in about 1 hour. Departures from the airport are about every hour from 9:15 to 23.15. Some of these shuttles can end the trip to Florence at T2 GUIDONI PARKING AREA tramway stop instead of FIRENZE SMN station. However, the TRAMWAY T2 line will lead you to the SMN station anyway. Just remember to get down from the tramway at the ALAMANNI STAZIONE SANTA MARIA NOVELLA stop.
- There are alternative services such as Taxi, Ridesharing, etc. Please use the relative app on your smartphone because terms of service and fares may change from time to time.
Bologna Guglielmo Marconi (BLQ)
If you landed in Bologna, as for Pisa, of course you must reach Florence in advance, which is about 80 Kms away. Here are your available options:
- TRAIN You have to search for the MARCONI EXPRESS train shuttle that will take you to the BOLOGNA CENTRALE train station. From there, you just have to take the train for FIRENZE SANTA MARIA NOVELLA (S.M.N.) You should be there in about 8 minutes, then the train to Florence will take about half an hour.
- The APPENNINO SHUTTLE is a bus that connects the Bologna airport directly with the Florence SMN station in about 1 hour. Departures from the airport are about every hour from 0:30 to 22:00. Some of these shuttles can end the trip to CALENZANO TRAIN STATION instead of FIRENZE SMN station. However, from there you can take a train that will lead you to the SMN station anyway. In Florence, the shuttle will get you down at PIAZZALE MONTELUNGO, which is just on the right side of the FIRENZE SANTA MARIA NOVELLA station.
- There are alternative services such as Taxi, Ridesharing, etc. Please use the relative app on your smartphone because terms of service and fares may change from time to time.
